M. Photiou is a Larnaca-based architecture and civil engineering studio with over 30 years of experience delivering landmark residential and commercial projects across Cyprus. Their portfolio spans large-scale developments like Blue Royal and JFB Marina to luxury private villas and contemporary apartment complexes including La Maison Gardens, Marina Gates, and Platinum 295.
